  • Leak is located to mapped fault through OH packer.
  • 6 1/8 OH packer doesn’t hold.
  • Leak volume is 7% of total injection flow.
  • Decision is to monitor yearly development of leak for assurance of uniform injection profile across horizontal section of the well.
